Using QuizMe

By installing the extension or signing in, you agree to use QuizMe for personal, non-commercial study. You agree not to scrape, abuse, or attack our service or use it to harm others.

Your content

The flashcards you save are yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process them for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We will not use your flashcards to train models or share them with third parties.

Source content

QuizMe processes text that you select on third-party websites. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save that text - typically allowed under fair-use, but check the source's terms if you are unsure.

Service availability

We work hard to keep QuizMe online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. For paid plans (when launched) we will publish service-level commitments here.

Termination

You may stop using QuizMe at any time and delete your account by emailing support@quizme.ai. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

QuizMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
