Include your browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, etc.), what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw. Screenshots help.

Common fixes

The extension panel does not open

  • Confirm QuizMe is installed and enabled in chrome://extensions.
  • Try Cmd+B (Mac) or Ctrl+B (Windows/Linux) after selecting text on the page.
  • Some pages block extensions from injecting UI. If Cmd+B does nothing, try a normal article or documentation page first.

Sign-in fails

  • QuizMe uses Google sign-in only. Email/password accounts are not supported.
  • Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily and try again.
  • Make sure third-party cookies are allowed for Google auth in your browser.

Cards are not syncing

  • You must be signed in for cards to follow you across devices.
  • Check that you are online when saving or reviewing.
  • Sign out and sign back in from the extension side panel.

Delete my account

Sign out of the extension and email support@quizme.ai from the Google address tied to your account. We delete everything within seven days. See our privacy policy for details.
